Karunii looked up at Tira, who looked more beautiful than before now that she had let her hair fall out of her hat, and smiled gratefully. His eyes were fixed upon her gorgeous crimson hair that graced her cheek in soft spirals. Karunii began to relax, and calmly looked brightly into Tira’s eyes. His entire being seemed to fill to the brim with happiness and joy.
“Thank you, Tira. You have…no idea how much this means to me. I will always treasure this in my heart. Thank you...”
Karunii’s happiness was like a gentle flower; it had died while Karunii feared that Tira did not like Rayan, but now it was in full bloom. Karunii seemed ready to burst with joy. He took the crystal into his hands, turned to Rayan and exclaimed, “I got my own crystal! From Tira! Isn’t that so cool?” Karunii began to jump up and down with excitement. Rayan smiled softly in return. Seeing Karunii’s joy seemed to make him feel lighter and less burdened by the trials of life.
“Yeah, that IS cool, little buddy. You’re lucky to have Tira for a friend.”
Karunii nodded. He held onto the crystal tenderly, treating it like a holy sacrament. Rayan held back the laugh he felt coming as he watched Karunii act like an excited young child. I like this kid Rayan thought. He’s so happy just to be with Tira, and with me. I wish I could be that happy…

A soft melodious laugh echoed softly throughout the room. The laugh was almost as delicate as the dew that graced the morning leaves. The source of this laughter came from Tira. She was watching Karunii jump up and down with happiness. However her laughter was evanescent; it disappeared almost as quickly as it appeared.
Yes...a fairy gift is very special, Karunii...but you don't know that. Mortals are usually begging us for a gift...disgusting.
Tira's attention turned back towards Rayan. Her eyes were still cruel and dark, but she had an amused smile on her lips at the moment, making her eyes lighten up just a bit. Perhaps this Rayan would be useful afterall...she still needed to know about Fyia.
"Rayan, I have heard that we are now on Fyia. Tell me about this world."
Tira made her way across the room towards Rayan and leaned against the wall next to his bed. The roll of metal that hung from her belt was unusually silent. It made no clanging noises that metal ususally makes when touched together. Any shadows that she passed by on her way towards Rayan rippled, trying to cling to the darkness within her.

While all this was happening there was a comotion brewing outside. Takeshi had tried getting these melencholie people to drink! drink!! drink!!!...but no one did. This left Takeshi to get drunk by himself, so he drank the rest of the gallon of zythum and started prancing around singing Zwan songs and running into lightpoles walls ect. [glow=green,2,300]D4 b33r m4s+3r i5 in d4 h0u53!!! BUUUURRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRPPPPP![/glow] During Takeshis foolish rampage he had: Tried to kiss another girl (she was 10) -.- Picked three fights, all of in he was beat up. And finally cut his leg open with his own weapon, I guess his race doesnt fare well to a gallon of alchohal. To remedy this, D approached the drunken mess and pulled a karate chop to the back of the neck, dropping Takeshi out cold. D picked him up and carried him over to a bench, placed him on it and made sure he caused no more trouble.

Karunii could not believe what he had heard: Tira laughing. He let her beautiful voice carry him into a dreamy stupor until she cut it off. Tira…I’m so glad that you’re happy…
Rayan smiled slightly when Tira asked him about Fyia. He had assumed at first that she wouldn’t bring herself to ask for anything from anybody. Rayan noticed that she had cut off her melodious laughter and turned her eyes dark again, though she had a slight smile playing upon her lips. He assumed that she would never allow herself to be seen as friendly or weak in any way, and figured that Tira was using her dark personality as a cover-up. But Rayan knew better than to refuse Tira what she asked for.
He slowly struggled to get himself out from underneath his covers and sat on top of his bed. After a short while, Rayan slid off of his bed and landed on his feet. He stumbled slightly, feeling a little weak, but kept his balance. Rayan began to walk towards the door of his hotel room, and he motioned for Tira and Karunii to follow.
“I will tell you all about Fyia, as you wish, Tira. But I would very much like to be able to walk about as I talk to you. I’m tired of being bedridden. Your healing crystal has helped me a good bit, I would say. Thank you, Tira.”
As they were walking, Rayan began to explain Fyia to Tira in great detail, while Karunii’s ears were tuned in the entire time. “I just came to Fyia myself a few months ago. I know a good deal about it, though. Fyia consists of four major continents and six countries, as well as a few lesser lands. The Dornon Continent is a grassy, beautiful land, home to the country of Zetfa and its capital, the Floating City of Puralgatha. The ununified Arkane Lands are located next to Zetfa. The country of Chalegra of the Ardean Continent is covered almost entirely by forest. Valitar is mostly a giant swamp land, except for the inactive volcano, Mt. Vogran. Then there is the Lezad Continent, which is divided between the desert country Stiza, and the icy land of Corvina. In case you haven’t noticed, we’re in Dathomir, the capital of Stiza. That’s why everything is so hot and bright,” Rayan said, observing again that Tira was enclosed by a shroud of shadow. “But don’t worry; none of the other continents are as bright or as hot as this one. Anyway, the final continent is Urgidon, which, from what I’ve heard about it, is mostly a barren wasteland. In the midst of the wasteland is the slum-ridden country of Shurnon.”
Rayan paused for a moment when he reached the stairs. As he and the others descended, Rayan continued speaking. “Well, that’s about it as far as geography is concerned. Are you interested in hearing about the events Fyia has gone through recently?” Rayan asked Tira. Seeing her cold, dark look, Rayan assumed that she did, and proceeded to relate to her the important happenings of Fyia.
“According to the rumors, Fyia is brewing for war. These rumors are mostly grounding in the incident that happened in Puralgatha a little while ago. Some terrorists tried to sabotage it and blow it to pieces. They almost succeeded. I witnessed the incident myself…”
Rayan reached the bottom of the stairs, with Karunii and Tira right behind him. They turned left and entered the main lobby of the hotel. Rayan resumed filling Tira in about Fyia as they walked towards the front doors.
“Zetfa’s government believes that saboteurs were hired by Shurnon. They were at war twenty years ago, and so they assume that Shurnon wants another round with Zetfa. But although there is increasing tension between the two countries, there have been no battles or skirmishes between them yet. But…I wouldn’t count on THAT lasting for very long.”
The three of them walked outside where Matt and Aran were sitting together on a bench. The sun began to set in the evening sky, and a few stars were already shining their heavenly light. Rayan walked over to Matt and Aran briskly and greeted them.
“HEY THERE, STRANGERS!!!” he said in a fake tone. Rayan had been cooped up in bed for so long that he felt the need to get out some strangeness. He smiled at Aran slightly, hoping that she wouldn’t worry about him any more.
“Ugh…my head still hurts…and my chest…” Rayan said, getting back into a more serious mood. “Sheez…Why does everything always try to kill me? Damn demon blade…”
Looking around, Rayan noticed that D had subdued some odd newcomer, who seemed to be quite drunk. Man, this planet is filled with more weirdoes than you can shake a plasma grenade at he thought.

Boku walked down the busy street, just randomly wandering like he always did. As he was walking, he saw some one he thought he recognized. It was Rayan Stiger, the man he had met in Puralgatha. Boku had help him disarm the mines that had been place on buildings during the fight, what little bit he could help any way. It had been a while since he had seen Rayan, and since he had nothing better to do, he decided to say hi.
As Boku walked he could see other people with Ryan most of which he didn't recognize. Boku wasn't one to make friends. He knew that he would probably end up making a couple more by talking with Rayan, yet for some reason he didn't care.
"Yo, Rayan!" he yelled to him as he walked, "It's Boku, from the fight in Puralgatha! Remember me?" Boku walked up to him and stood beside him. "And you guys are?" he asked the group around him in general, he hated being around other people especally groups of people would probly end up looking down on him if they ever found out about who and what he really was, like his wing which he still kept hidden under his pitch black trench coat. Boku was hoping to make the best of this, which was something that didn't happen much.
Boku looked at each of them, and noticed that all of them looked very different. But he wasn’t one to pick up much on detail, so he didn’t really care. Boku once again looked over at Ryan, "So what’s been happing since the fight?" He looked at him with a questioning look then remembered about the new clan he had started, "Oh yah I hear you started a clan here, these guys part of it."
((and that is all the cobweb's have got I hope that is good enough))

Tira was silent the entire way, absorbing the information and storing them away in her mind. She already had a rough map of Fyia in her mind. When night had fully fallen, perhaps she would explore this world by air. That would mean revealing her wings...she would have to be very careful if she were to do this.
When Rayan began speaking of a war that was to come, Tira's attention began to waver. Mortal wars never interested her...wars in general no longer interested her...except one war of the past. Her eyes darkened into a void black as she recalled some memories from the one war that dominated her life.
Trust no one. Hate all. Kill or be killed.
Tira would forever remember the many lessons of war that had been imprinted into her very being. The only thing about war that interested Tira was the pain, fear, and hatred that it caused. Her eyes flashed in delight as she anticipated how much there would be in this war.
Her eyes returned normal again as she turned towards Boku. A look of utter loathe crossed her face as she looked at him. She did not like how she was now within a crowd. The very thought of belonging to any sort of "group" disgusted her. Her face turned towards the sky. Night was falling now, and it was calling to her.

((Aran where the crap did you go? )) Matt sat back on his bench and smirked. He looked down at the ground as he heard Rayan speak of a war brewing. Were Rayan's intentions on forming this clan to stop the war? Matt frowned a bit...He hoped not. He slowly looked up towards Rayan.
"Hey Rayan, I hope this clan's purpose is not to prevent a war. War's are good, they are my source of income. No wars, no food for me...."
He looked down and smiled.
"The only reason I am here....is to get a good fight. I won't stop any war."

Walking through the door, Gai overheard Matt’s question and answered it as soon as he saw him. “No, we have not intension of stopping this war. The whole point of the clan is to keep the stupid government from making Rayan from having to join their army.” He said as he sat down on the chair. “Believe you me. If we were here to stop the war, I’d have to kill myself. I want to fight some more. I tell you, we’ll see plenty of action if I know Rayan.” He said as he smiled around the room. “Well, why are we just sitting here? Rayan seems to be fine, I say lets go.” He said as he looked around, not realizing that he had just walked in on a conversation. “Oh, I’m sorry, where you guys saying something of importance?” he asked as a look out utter confusion. took over his face. Why is it that I always have to be the idiot of the bunch? I always walk in at the wrong time and ruin things. He though to himself. Well I hope I can fix it. “So, is there something going on that I should no? I really am sorry for interrupting, and I think I should shut up now.” He said as he gave a big sweat drop. ( )

Matt scowled at Gai. He furrowed his brow and looked down dissapointed.
"You are telling me that we are just here to save Rayan's butt? Why can't he just run away from the army....it really can't be that hard. Rayan you better have a better reason than that."
He looked at Rayan expecting an answer right away. He tapped his foot and stood up. He pointed at Rayan angrily.
"Huh? Huh? So whats the reason?"

"Uhhhhhh...I'm not sure but I think he's got no choice. He's been called before them and everything and if he doesn't comply than he's screwed bug time. So thats where we come in." he began with a smile.
"Being the nice friends that we are, we're here to help him out of this mess. We'll fight along side eachother and have a goood ol' time while getting paid to do whatever mission the government gives us. It shouldn't be that hard. And assasination here, blown up base there, simple things." he said as helooked around at the not so excited group.

Matt turned around and looked at gai angrily.
"Shut up Gai! I asked Rayan. I am in no mood for your happy outlook on life or your stupid pep talks. Just sit down and stay in your place!"
He turned back to Rayan and stared at him. He wondered what Aran was thinking of him right now. Matt usually didn't blow up out of no where...but so many people....especially all of them being wanna be mercenaries. It just angered him.
"Only a select few of these people actually worthy to join such a clan. But if this clan has no meaning except to save Rayan from the government...then what is the point? One Man can hide from a government a whole lot easier than a group. All we will be is a stupid anarchist faction! The government won't pay much attention to us! They will just send soldier after soldeier to come and kill us! How can this be justified! It can't!"
Matt was a bit out of breath from his long speech, but he still had the same angry look on his face.

[Thanks for letting me answer the question myself, guys... ] Rayan did not notice Tira losing her interest; his mind was on other matters. His turned towards Matt with a furrowed brow and a displeasured look on his face. “Prevent a war? What are you talking about? There is no idea I hate more than ME trying to settle some stupid, meaningless war that doesn’t even concern me! Don’t you remember anything? It’s those stupid Puralgatha council members that are forcing me into this! Why, if I had ANY choice in the matter, I’d-“ Rayan cut himself off before he carried on any further and looked at the ground, irritated. He didn’t need to rant about the injustice he was being put through. It could not be changed by protest. Rayan also knew that Matt didn’t care about his problems, and he was certain that Matt wasn’t even listening to him. Rayan frowned to himself, and said, “…No…I don’t care about this war. I don’t care if it stops or not. It’s not my problem. The purpose of this clan…is to fight for pay, because I’m forced into this either way. You’ll get your pay, Matt. I’m sure that’s your greatest concern, anyway.” Rayan turned away from Matt silently. He glared off into the distance, trying to divert his mixed feelings away from his friend. Rayan knew he shouldn’t get mad at Matt…he hadn’t done anything. Yet, when infected with rage, Rayan had the tendency of lashing out at other people, even if they had nothing to do with what vexed him. Rayan continued to stare off down the long street of Dathomir until a figure off in the distance caught his eye. He tried to focus his sight upon him, but he could not distinguish who it was until the figure was much closer to him. At last, Rayan recognized him. A slight smile spread to his face upon seeing his friend. “Boku? What are you doing here?” Rayan asked as he quickly ran over to greet his comrade. “Of course I remember you! You saved my life by fighting off those saboteurs while I disarmed the mines! I owe you my life, buddy.” Rayan turned around and introduced Boku to the rest of the group. “Hey everybody, this is my friend, BokunetSuMaro. He helped me in the ‘Mass Destruction’ incident at Puralgatha.” He turned back to Boku and said, “Allow me to tell you who everybody is. On the bench there is Matt, the legendary mercenary from Ria. Next to him is Miss Aranôlëien. That over there is D, as he likes to be called. And next to him is…” Rayan trailed off as he looked at the drunken mess, Takeshi. He sweat dropped slightly as he continued. “Um…I dunno who he is…just ignore him…Over there is my good friend and warrior, Gai. And these two…” (here he mentioned Tira and Karunii) “…are…Miss Tira, and my new little buddy, Karunii. And lastly…” Rayan looked around, but didn’t see Adriel anywhere. Hm…now where did he go? Ah well…“Um…and I guess that’s it, for the most part. Anyway, these are all the members of my clan which you heard about.” Rayan saw Tira’s dark look at him from out of the corner of his eye. He realized his mistake, and said, “…I mean…MOST of them are part of the clan…some are just…here…” Rayan hoped that Tira would not get angry at him for associating her with the others. He didn’t know her very well, since they had just met, but his instincts told him that he would regret saying or doing anything which displeased her. Pushing aside his discomfort regarding her, Rayan spoke to Boku again. “Anyway, yeah…this is the lot of us, I guess. So, did you say you wanted to join? I couldn’t ask for anything better…anyone who is strong enough to have survived the incident at Puralgatha can consider themselves welcome to this clan!” Rayan smiled a bit as he finished. There was but one question he had etched upon his mind at the moment: When can we all go to sleep? I’m tired…

[glow=silver,2,300]Just a simple assassination here and there? Minor things? Than what did I come here for ehh I'm no low jobber, I do things most people pee their pants over[/glow] The dunpeal stated as he unhappily looked at Gai.
[glow=green,2,300]Yeah, yeah... I'm here for a challenge to test the training of my people, not do some crapy dirt high jobs, wheres the action?[/glow]
Takeshi sat up rubbing his neck as he gave a menacing glance toward D but was frightend when D returned the glare.
[glow=green,2,300]If this is all we get than I want out, or I could join the enemy and fight you all.[/glow]
Takeshi got up streched and mimicked Matts bad ass pose, trying to keep in line with these superior beings.
Being extremely bored with all this drama Takeshi simply asked. [glow=green,2,300]We've had no action here, anyone wanna spar?[/glow]

Hearing Matt go off on him once again was way too much for Gai to take. Standing up, he had his swrod drawn in an instant. He was at his boiling point now and anything could set him off."You got something to say to me, mercenary!? If so, I suggest we settle this be the blade!!!" he shouted as he walked over to the man that had just insulted him without a very justified reason.
"I'm here because a friend has asked me to come and help him out in a very tough situation. And from what I can see, all you're here for is the pay!! You could care less if your friend was introuble!! All you care about is money!! You're just a selfish sun of a.." and before he finished his tought, he swung out at his freind, out of blind rage, he wasn't even sure he knew what he was doing. All he knew was that he was angery and the closes person was the man that told him what his place was.
"Take this!!!!" he shouted as he threw his fist at Matt.

Matt's eyes flashed with rage as he whirled around. He pulled his left hand up in an upward motion across himself across himself in an upward block leaving Gai's mid section completely open. He hurtled his left foot at Gai's solar plexus as he pulled out his gunblade pointing it directly at Gai's head. He then put his foot back at his side while sitll holding the gunblade at him. He smirked as he pulled back the hammer on the gun handle.
"Do you want to die you wanna-be mercenary? I suggest you stop while you still have a chance of living. One more move and won't hesitate to blow your head off. Now shut up and let Rayan speak."
