Aqualiss

This is a city underneath the waves of the ocean Basilia. It used to be the capital of a large aquatic empire until the Imperialists stepped down in the interest of peace. Aqualiss is surrounded with a spherical energy that prevents the water outside from getting in. The only way to enter the city is with an aquatic vehical of some sort.
