Okay, that's cool. Don't worry...I already have some ideas for what I'm gonna do. Only something MUCH better than Rayan fighting with Aoshi over Kari...heh heh...this'll actually bring back the slight strand of Ria 2 I did. Ah, you'll see. Oh, and I REALLY hope I don't screw up Kurai...I don't know much about all this devil stuff. I never could quite follow your threads with Sakura or Yvonne... @_@;; So you may want to clear me up on that some. AND I gotta read all that Oni-Aoshi stuff...I read most of it, but I'm not sure if I got it all. Alan buddy, could you (if you please) send me links to all the Aoshi threads in Ria [in order]? That'd help...I read the first one entirely, then the one with Ky and Tira making the battle plans, and then read some of the battle at the temple. And also a bit about Kurai coming to Fyia to pick up Yin. Is there anything else I missed? Oh Alan, I was thinking that this fanfic might be more like 6 or more chapters instead of 4, if that's okay with you. I have some deep plot to bring up. We'd still switch off, of course. That cool with you?

....<- Silence.
I dunno... What you really said. But i think your asking about Oni-Aoshi. I'll sum up what he is like now.
Oni-Aoshi is more like Aoshi from Kenshin now. calm, cool, drinks a lot of tea, and is extremely attractive XD. nothing from his past really brings up anymore but he is all just trying to recover his image for god. and i really dunt care how long the story will be. I just hope its good enough for the others to enjoy.

Ur missing the chapter where Rene was kidnapped? That started at the areana where Ky and Tari were fighting and then went to the abyss and then that's where Kurai left for Fyia in order to save Rene he had to kill Yvonne or Kari? Think Yvonne and then the fyia thread AND THEN there's a thread at the club that starts out with rene and toadess and an empty club BUT ends up that Kurai and Rene disapear from the club and that's where everyone decides to believe what Mint told them in that Ashoi kidnapped Rene and took her to the temple and then at last comes the temple thread. And the first thread was the one at Siren Cliff.
O! And Ashoi came back as good in only one thread which is "Another Party at Chii's" which is a VERY long thread and he comes in towards the end.

Chapter 2: Lost Meaning (by DP)
Aoshi clutched Kari’s shoulder more firmly as the storm’s rage increased. Lightning pealed from the darkened sky, giving the younger children shivers. All eyes turned to the front door of the temple and watched in horror as the door knob rattled violently. It was as if some dreadful evil had stumbled nearby and discovered them. The door shook more violently than before, and whatever it was that was outside pounded viciously on the door. Everyone in the room but Tira ceased to breath. Aoshi slinked behind Kari, dreading what he thought was outside; Rayan clenched his teeth in determination and swallowed hard. Karunii tried to comfort some of the children who were seized by fear, though he himself was equally afraid. The rattling and pounding increased to so fast a pace that everyone was sure that their heart would stop at any moment. But just when they were unable to take it any longer, the pounding and rattling ceased. All was silent.
Aoshi breathed out heavily and slumped his head into his hand, relieved that his fears had not been confirmed. “It was nothing…thank God.” Karunii smiled slightly in relief and looked around. Everyone calmed themselves and turned away from the dreadful door that they had previously been so afraid of. Rayan remained tense, however, and still held his hands close to the guns strapped to the sides of his legs. His eyes were fixed upon the door, afraid that it was too early to relax. Rayan remained fixed in his tense position for several moments longer. Then, he slowly lowered his limp hands back to his sides.
Nothing…
Lightning streaked across the sky, and the resounding boom of thunder shook the foundation of the temple; suddenly, the door burst open, and all the children screamed. A lone figure stood in the doorway, cloaked by darkness. All that was visible of him was his dark outline. He pointed a gun-like sword at them, and clicked the hammer back. Caught off guard, Rayan whipped out the MEG plasma auto rifles strapped to his legs and pointed them back at the intruder incased in the shroud of darkness. The clicking of guns sounded in unison as all the Holy Knights followed suit and aimed their weapons at the figure also. The tension mounted as they stood, facing off against an invisible opponent. Sweat trickled down Rayan’s head and soaked his bright red head band.
Kari began to worry for the children’s safety. She called out to Karunii, telling him to take them into the next room for their protection. Karunii nodded, and began to guide them there. He called out to Tira as he hastily pushed the children along;
“Tira, I need your help! Help me get these kids out of here!”
Tira did not move. She had been putting up with all the dolts in the temple for too long now. I dunt WANT to help ANYONE. Let them learn to take care of themselves.
“TIRA!!” Karunii cried out, “please! If not for their sake, then for mine! Please, Tira…”
Fire flashed in Tira’s eyes. She would not help him; her instinct to kill was too strong. Her hand grasped her metal wire as her instinct to hunt began to consume her. Tira’s eyes were set upon the cloaked figure. You will be mine, very soon…
The figure slowly lowered his weapon and began to approach them. Some of the Holy Knights cocked their rifles and began to slowly squeeze down the trigger. Karunii stood in front of the children to shield them; Tira poised to strike with her wire. Rayan clenched his teeth again, and waited for the moment of truth…

The figure stepped out completely into the light; Aoshi gasped, Tira’s eyes narrowed, and Rayan stepped back, stunned. The figure stood with a smirk on his face, relaxing his gun blade upon his shoulder. His bright blue eyes twinkled with subtle humor as water dripped off of his dark, curly hair. He brushed his hand through his hair, spraying the ground with water.
“Hehehe… How’d you guys like my dramatic entrance?”
Rayan stared, dumbfounded. “MATT?!”
“It’s about time you figure it out” Matt said in return. “Boy, you sure got scared easy.” He chuckled to himself at Rayan’s dull-wittedness as he sheathed his gun blade.
All of the Holy Knights under Rayan’s command instantly lowered their weapons and saluted Matt in unison. “General Mattus! All is well, sir!”
Matt blew them off with the flick of his hand. “Yeah, yeah…who cares…you can relax already.” He walked towards the large group and looked around. “Anyway…what’s up?”
Kari sighed slightly and said, “It’s good to see you, General Mattus. However, next time, please try to not scare all the children.”
Matt grinned and scratched his head. “Whoops, sorry about that…” He gave a friendly wave to one of the children hiding behind Karunii. The young girl peeped at Matt, and then hid behind Karunii completely, using him as a human barrier between her and Matt. Matt shrugged and said, “Okay, fine. Be that way…”
Karunii smiled gently and bent down. “It’s okay,” he said, gently brushing his hand through the girl’s hair. “Don’t be afraid. Matt is a good man. He’s my friend.” Slowly, the little girl peeped back at Matt again, this time wearing a timid smile.
Tira, however, was not pleased. She had met this particular dolt before, and his happy and carefree attitude annoyed her. Tira yearned to dig the end of her wire through his throat at that very moment, but she decided that if she were going to kill him, it would have to be done in a more enthralling fashion- doing it now would be too dull.
I need to be alone…
Tira turned and walked away to be by herself. Karunii watched her as she left; his eyes followed her until she was out of sight. He found himself wishing that she were more warm towards others. Karunii began to wonder if she would ever open up to anyone besides him...
After Tira had left for the moment, Kari bowed to Matt with a polite smile and said, “I’m sorry. Normally I would have given you a more proper greeting. Welcome to our temple. What is it that brings you here?”
Matt smiled slightly and brushed his hair again. He looked completely at ease in his black leather jacket and black pants. He normally wore a red head band as well, but he didn’t have it on because it was raining. Unlike Rayan and the rest of the Holy Knights, Matt didn’t wear the uniform; it annoyed him too much. Plus, he thought that wearing his own clothes was so much cooler than wearing a stupid uniform. Matt looked over at the Holy Knights for a moment before replying.
“I came because I heard that there’s some sort of trouble going on here. Is Rayan causing you any trouble?”
Rayan interjected before Kari could answer. “The reason we’re here is-“
“Rayan… I asked her, not you. Just shut up and let me talk to her.”
Rayan looked at the ground and kicked dust with his foot, mumbling, “How come YOU get to talk to her?…It’s not fair…” Matt didn’t hear what he said, but still he knew that Rayan was complaining. He shot back an intimidating glare at Rayan momentarily. All the Holy Knights sweat dropped.
“Mr. Stiger has been attacking Aoshi ever since he got here. He says that he was given orders to destroy all devils he comes in contact with. And since Aoshi is a devil, although he is now greatly changed from before, Rayan has been pursuing him relentlessly. Did you give him these orders?” Kari said, eyeing Matt carefully.

Matt pondered over his thoughts for a few moments, and then said decisively, “No, I never gave him any such orders…” Matt turned and glared at Rayan again. “What are you doing? You don’t come into this nice lady’s temple and start blasting things!”
“General Mattus, the Holy Knights are ordered, under your command, to engage and eliminate all devils we encounter!” Rayan said. “Aoshi is a devil- Kari said it herself. Surely you know about all that he did in Ria!” Rayan glanced at Aoshi momentarily. Aoshi looked at Rayan blankly, as if to say that he couldn’t believe all the crap Rayan was saying. “You don’t want that to happen to Fyia, do you, Matt?”
Matt glanced at Aoshi, and then turned back to Rayan. “No, Rayan...we are only supposed to fight devils that are attacking people. Aoshi hasn't done anything.”
“But,” Rayan protested, “our records show many incidents involving attacks from Aoshi. He attacked the temple in Ria, and many other crimes. By our order, he is to be terminated.”
Matt shook his head and said, “I know what he did…I’m not stupid, you know. But that was then.” Matt walked over to Aoshi and put his arm on his Aoshi’s shoulder. Matt smirked slightly and said, “See? He’s cool now! Besides, he only messed up Ria, and Ria was messed up to begin with. I was born and raised there, and I didn’t like it. Sparka and Fyia are so much better.”
“If we don’t eliminate him, there may not BE a Fyia.”
“Enough of this…You clearly misinterpreted everything I said. I never wanted you to go on a bloody rampage.” Matt paused and walked over to Rayan. He stared him straight in the eyes and said, ”Go back to base and stay there until I say otherwise.”
Rayan was shocked. “But…Matt…you said…”
“I said you can leave.”
Rayan's eyes fell to the floor as he drooped his head down in shame. He began to slowly walk towards the door, and motioned for the Holy Knights to follow him. He could not bear to look at Aoshi; Rayan felt condemned enough as it was. As he trudged on, Rayan's sorrowful eyes slowly looked up at Kari. She was neither smiling nor frowning. He knew that she didn't like how he had come and turned the temple into chaos, and that she was being nice about it by not saying anything. But her kindness hurt him more than if she had reproved him for his rash actions.
Rayan felt crushed and wretched. As he walked past Kari, he murmured, "...I...I'm sorry, Kari..."
Finally, Rayan and his followers left the temple. Matt smiled as they disappeared into the fury of the storm. He turned to Aoshi and said, "Sorry about that, man. Rayan can just be stupid sometimes…" Aoshi smiled back and replid, "Thank you. You really got me out of a bind." He reached down and took out his tea chest, holding out a cup of tea in his hand. "Would you like some tea, General Mattus?"
