Following the example of the shapeshifter, DarkUmbra cast a flurry of shadow magic into the vehicle which was Mequidra to emulate it with the shadows. He then withdrew them all and summoned an amazing amount of shadow power to call forth a totally black and smooth speeder. He jumped on.
[glow=purple,2,300]Let us depart. Thank you for the model, but this is more my color.[/glow]
And with that he sped off into the distance.

Mequidra looked over to see the shadow-creature speeding along next to him. He slowly blinked as he spoke.
[glow=gold,2,300]"Interesting. You seem to possess mimickry skills similar to my own. Let us ride, then."[/glow]
His eyes focused on a collection of buildings ahead. It looked like some kind of primitive village.
[glow=gold,2,300]Mmm. This will prove useful. I need to grow more powerful. I wonder if DarkUmbra will prove as sentimental as he did during our last encounter with something alive.[/glow]

As DarkUmbra saw the village, he cracked an evil smile. He wanted to make up for saving the Elf creature earlier. He quickly jumped of his shadow bike, and twisted and reshaped it into a massive stake and drove it into the nearest building.

Mequidra looked over at his ally in surprise. For one who had seemed so adverse to causing pain, he was certainly destroying a lot. Mequidra morphed out of his current state and into his former one, still moving in the direction of a human. He extended an arm, morphing it into a sword blade as he did so and slamming it through the man's chest. Blood burst out from behind the man in the typical destruction that the shapeshifter inflicted. Swinging both of his now-bladed arms around like a living blender, Mequidra whirled into any object he came across, tearing it to peices.
[glow=gold,2,300]"I wonder if you know what you are pushing yourself into. I do not take death lightly; it is to be inflicted rapidly and without discrimination."[/glow]

[glow=purple,2,300]No problem, that sounds fun![/glow]
He sped off the the collapsed building and found a few humans struggling to emerge from the rubble. He quckly and silently injected each of them with millions of black needles and they collaped to the ground in a pool of their own respective blood.

Mequidra slid from body to body, sucking it into him and feeling its energy pulse through him.
[glow=gold,2,300]They are too weak to provide much strength. Still, I need what I can get . . .[/glow]
He looked over at DarkUmbra. The creature was brutally destroying any human it found with thousands of tiny needles. As the shapeshifter's arm slowly melted into one of his favorite weapons, an enlarged particle accelerator*, he wondered if he should eliminate the shadow creature. It was appearing to be too powerful for it to be reasonable to allow it to live.
*((At my school, we have discussed the possibility of a particle accelerator designed as a weapon. What we came up with is that anything hit with it will quickly be spread across a radius of several meters.))

DarkUmbra, while having his fun realized something was wrong. Did Mequidra need the humans alive?
[glow=purple,2,300]Tell me, Mequidra, are you in need of the humans alive? Because I, while reluctant to, am able to do that also very well.[/glow]
Eying the nearest humans, DarkUmbra attempted to probe his point by dropping a very uncomfortable-looking and tiny cage on it that it couldn't fit in with every bone intact. He began doing the same thing to the surrounding humans.

Mequidra looked at his ally with an expression of curiosity.
[glow=gold,2,300]"No . . . Actually, dead is preferable. Not nessicarily in one piece, either."[/glow]
To show his sincerity, he released a shot from the end of his arm, which smashed into a caged human. The berserk particles from his blast fused into the human, and a look of agony could be seen on his face for one brief instant. Seconds later, pieces of flesh, bone, and cage were scattered over a radius of several yards. Mequidra slowly began to absorb the pieces, feeling himself grow more powerful with every absorption.

Ahh. That is sooooooo much more fun. How shall I kill thee? Let me count the ways. ONE! He reformed the nearest cage into a massive knive and split the human in half. TWO! He shouted as he demolised another human with a MASSIVE pillar. THREE! He morphed his pillar into a mere four small spikes that he drove through another human's head in different directions. FOUR! He shreiked as the nearest human seemed to be eaten from the inside puking blood, scraming horribly, and getting paler and paler untill a million tiny black insect things burrowed out of his flesh leaving him turned quite inside-out. FIVE! He shot two black beams into the unfortunate human standing next to him's eyes, and as the blood spurt out, he captured it in a black cup and drowned the human in it. SIX! Echoed through the surroundings as another innocent being was destroyed. This one by what seemed to be multiple razors that seemed to skin the human alive. When this was completed, every appendege was cut off one by one. SEVEN! This meant doom for yet another human as their skull was torn off and their brain cut into eighths.
As the numbers got higher, the "ways" got more gruesome. Each one very original and more gruesome than the last. The nearby humans fled in fear and disgust, but there was no where to run, no one would escape DarkUmbra's anger. His tormented mind had had enough. He was done holing in his emotions and the world would know it. The creature he knew as Prokhorov (see sumap lake- expedition) had set this off, and the world was paying with its very life force.
((sorry if the post is creepy and gruesome, a little I'm mad, and this is my bad side, stay away from it.))

((Whoa. Very . . . descriptive.))
Mequidra appeared to have had enough. In his eyes, death was only reasonable when the killer benefitted. He slowly began to morph his arm yet again, this time forming an enormous hammerlike object. Slowly, the shapeshifter approached DarkUmbra, his vision aided in the darkness by his psychic abilities. He stood behind DarkUmbra and raised the enormous mallet.
[glow=gold,2,300]"Cease. If you do not benifit, do not harm. It is a waste of life."[/glow]
From anyone else, it would have sounded preachy, but from a shapeshifter it was downright blak-hearted. If others did not kill, they got more. He did not attempt to strike the shadowman, but held his hammer in a position to do so.

DarkUmbra, realizing what he just did, collapsed to the ground and all of his shadows immediately disperced. He crawled into the shadow of a destroyed building, and there he lay.
Forgive me Mequidra! I let my emotions get the bettter of me. I have tried to conceal them for obvious reasons. That creature........ the one at Sumpa lake, set them off.

[glow=gold,2,300]"I believe you left your tribe because they killed needlessly. I also believe that you are no better if you cannot control yourself."[/glow]
The shapeshifter glared accusingly at DarkUmbra. He saw the creature's power and recognized him as an asset, but anything that killed with that little control was not going to be helpful.

I agree wholeheartedly. This is why I don't get emotional. Just that one outburst at the lake. . . Forgive me.
The tortured creature said rubbing his forhead.
((sorry for the length))

[glow=gold,2,300]"I am incapable of anger, so I am incapable of forgiveness. Simply remember to not kill without reason."[/glow]
The shapeshifter looked at the destruction that had been caused. He knew that he and his companion were completely to blame, but all he cared about was wasted bodies.
[glow=gold,2,300]Someday, all beings will be replaced by shapeshifters.[/glow]
