I know of 0wn3d, but PWN? what the heck...I dunno what that is.
I've decided that for old times' sake I should take up Yoshi!!! The problem is that I liked him in SSB so much better than in SSBM. Main reasons:
1) Yoshi's A down mid air attack DESTROYS. You can use it 3 times straight if you are high enough and it does like 60+ damage when you do that. In SSBM, I can only pull it off once and it's only like 15 weak damage...c'mon what the heck they messed with my move.
2) A backwards midair move. In SSB Yoshi did this awesome super powerful double kick thing. In SSBM he whips his tail around. Reason this bugs me? SSB it did 12-15 damage. SSBM you have to hit with all 3 tail whips to get that much. If you only hit with one, it does almost nothing. On top of that, the SSBM move's range is like, nil. In SSB, Yoshi stretches himself out when he does his double kick, smashing his opponents at a reasonable (but not cheap) distance. SSBM, he's basically BEGGING to get killed when he tries to do his tail wag thing. Also tail wagging has low accuracy usually, where as the double kick is easy to use.
3) Egg roll! it was a good idea, but it's so dang hard to control, and is useless unless you do it on a flat area. I wish they either had made his Egg Roll easier to control, or given him a different B > move.
4) Shield. He gets in an egg. I like that, but it makes it hard to tell when your stupid shield is about to shatter, hence making it unreliable.
5) His jumping is wacked for me. I remember doing his jumps flawlessly in SSB, but in SSBM it's just...weird and different. Blah.
BUT for all those things I don't like Yoshi still rules and I must take him up again. Besides NOBODY I know uses him... and again I must use him for old times' sake of the SSB memories...

I have a habit of typing it nowadays, same meaning...
Forum admins of another site used it a lot, rubbed off.
And the GameFAQs boards are total crap. Seriously.
Maybe 1% intelligent life there... >_>

I TOTALLY agree. Seriously, GameFaqs...okay, 80% of them are just mean for no reason. 50% are just stupid. Meaning that there is some overlap between the stupid and the mean. only like 3 people there I know of are cool... besides me that is. I just go there to post about MMBN 3 and MMBN 4 once I get that. And ToS when I feel like talking about that. And maybe "Dark" Zelda game when that comes out like next year or whenever.

(a return to TOPIC OMG)
Anyway, my brother got a Gamecube for his birthday Saturday... and we got SSBM.
Event 29 was hard. But we have Ganondorf now.
And DON'T MENTION EVENT 51 (I think it's that... the one with Ganondorf, Giga Bowser and Mewtwo. *shudder*)
The game is, overall, the best game I've played so far on GC. (er... make that the ONLY GC game I've even played... but eh. (I'll be damned if I'll play my brother's Pokemon Colosseum.))

Heh. Event 29 was easy. Link & Zelda Vs. Ganon right? That's simple. Slash slash let, Zelda hit him. When he hits Zelda, jump in and slash him some more while she gets back on her feet. Simple.
Event 51. I love that event match. Last month or something I did it again with Link and Marth and beat my record both times. Mewtwo is NO challenge at all, but Ganon hits you whenever u try to slay GB. Dork. Otherwise it'd be complete cakewalk. Mewtwo is only really there to annoy you. GB refuses to die...as Link, you have to keep doing your a> and especially a down mid air moves repeatedly. Drop stab hits him 3 times before you land. NICE. As Marth, slash quick, counter, slash some more. Keep them at a distance with that sharp Falchion point, and just keep slaying. Crouch down and stab if you need to; very helpful actually. Mixing it up more is better. Keep moving, and just counter when you KNOW GB is going to hit you.
And that's how you do Event Match 51 with Link and Marth. Sunc u havagooday.

anytime your link, try doing the spin attack, hopefully youll get the guy in the air, then, on the ground, be directly under the enemy, and do ^ a to do an up stab, and its just like playing that paddle game where you keep hitting the ball, enemy, with a paddle, you with a sword. also, a fun way to toss ppl out, just swing shot them, near a ledge, and launch em off.

A few weeks ago I fina;;y beat event 51 with Roy! That means I can beat it without doing it with Jiggly. Ok, you wonder how the heck I can easly beat it with Jiggly, one of my worst characters? Easy! Just 2 B downs will kill giga Bowser, so just do that a few times and he is gone. Then just run away from the others and throw items at them once he is dead! That simple!
By the way. I just got a new, revised list of my charaters. Here they are!
Best: Pikachu!
Very good: Roy, Kirby.
Good: Bowser, Luigi.
Normal: Mewtwo, Zelda (Not Sheik! I wanted to prove that you could be good with Zelda and not use Sheik.)

Good goin' JKrew. Course I did that a long time ago. But hey I'm kinda above and beyond your level, ya know? ^_^
Okay my character list currently:
Best: Link, Marth. Equally good.
Next up: Ness, Super Anime Pichu.
Okay-ish to the point where I can still kick butt: Yoshi. I'm tellin' you they messed him up from the original.
Random Andrew Decal (D) quote: "maga is hard."

My best are...
In order from best down, to a point, it's...
Marth Falco Fox Capt. Falcon (Ph33r the speed) Ganondorf (Booya.) Bowser (BURN THEM ALL) Link (SLICEY POWAHS) Pichu (Holy crap he's fast.) Mario (everyone can use Mario. EVERYONE.)
And I think that's it. Though I need Mewtwo first to be sure. (I think I'll kill everyone with him though.)

Why does everyone klike Marth as their best?!!!! WHY? Marth, and Sheik, and Fox too! And sometimes link...
If you go on gamefaqs, that is all the people there like! At least I'm original! I like Pikachu the best! And for the other few Pikachu users, they can't say I'm sweatin' them because I used him since the very first time I played SSB for N64! My very first fight ever, I used Pikachu!

Well, my memory card was a piece of crap. So we had to get a new one, and hence (since the stupid thing couldn't copy) we had to start over. Completely. So far I've reearned Dr. Mario, Marth, Roy, and Jigglypuff, as well as Brinstar Depths. This is going to take a while. Note to self: Never buy anything for Gamecube that isn't a Nintendo peripheral. Of course I'll get new games.

Yeah. I've always bought Nintendo stuff and I'm glad I did! It seems to just be better than all the rest!
What I want now is the memory card with over 1000 blocks!

And Mewtwo freaking rules.

I HATE G&W. He's so friggin' annoying and cheap. His moves always block yours when u attack him at the same time, ALWAYS. His grabs are annoying...his running move, the pumping...EVERYTHING. Frig you you stupid two dimensional freak.
