A gatling gun is mounted in the nose of the A-10 Thunderbolt and is highly effective at destroying tanks.
As for the missile defense on carriers, I BELIEVE the Phalanx system is still used...not sure.

wrong, the gatling gun wasnt a full machine gun, you still had to spin the crank. the first machine gun, you just held the trigger. and ive never even heard of that bow.

normally, pulling the trigger off a grenade only lights a short 3 second or so fuse, so just pulling it lights it, and the delay is the fuse burning.

it has something to do with the fact that if the blade isnt near any type of life, it will desintegrate. i think, im not done with the book yet.
