Okay, well since I always have lyrics running through my head ((I swear to you, I haven't known silence since before I was born)) I figure, why not make a game out of it?
This is how it will work: I will give you some lyrics to a song ((The person giving the lyrics gets to decide how much)) and then you have to tell me the artist and title of the song. If you get it right, it's your turn. Simple enough, right? ^_^
Here we go:
. . . Check that he is sleeping pick up all the broken glass And the furnature on the floor Been up half the night screaming . . .

Savage Garden. Two Beds and a Coffee Machine.
Here's one: The heart is a lonely thing to lose in the dead of night The heart is a sad thing to lose in the throws of a fight The heart is the match to the fire And the embers of desire, to keep it burning

Mystery Science Theater 3000.
Here's one for you:
It was a beautiful letdown when I crashed and burned when I found myself alone, unknown and hurt it was a beautiful letdown the day I knew that all the riches this world had to offer me would never do

Mwahaha! I have no idea what DarkUmbra's song is, but as he avoided a correct answer, so may I! I shall post lyrics that none of you shall know!
Should you wander this land to the north, And few seldom do Should you follow the song of the gull To enchanted western isles Coax a fisherman to take you out Where the Selkie seals are seen Hear the stories that they tell about The maiden who is their queen, The maiden who is their queen . . .
Seal hunters are not brave and bold They murder her poor wee seals And cut off their skins to be sold Cursed be he who deals There's no reason for this slaughtering They're left on the rocks to bleed He's not a man who does this thing It's a cruel and a heartless deed, A cruel and heartless deed . . .

Donovan. Celia of the Seals.
In these days of confused situations In these nights of a restless remorse When the heart and the soul of a nation Lay wounded and cold as a corpse From the grave of the innocent Adam Comes a song bringing joy to the sad All you cries have been heard and the ransom Has been paid up in full, be ye glad

Be Ye Glad by Beam I think.
If you're troubled and you can't relax Close your eyes and think of this If the rumors floating in your head all turn to facts Close your eyes and think of this
Armenia, city in the sky Armenia, city in the sky
If you ever want to lose some time Just take off, there's no risk If you ever want to disappear Just take off, and think of this
Armenia, city in the sky Armenia, city in the sky
The sky is glass, the sea is brown And everyone is upside-down
Armenia, city in the sky Armenia, city in the sky
Freak out! Freak out!
Try these. By the way my last was Hometown by Joe Jackson.
