I hate not having a damn body. Can't do a damn thing without it, especially going to kill Firehawk. Urgh, I need to draw more power from possessed people... so much...
Binak's unseen spirit floated through the streets, searching for someone to possess. There wasn't much else he could do, as he couldn't affect anything physically, and his power wasn't restored enough to use any sort of ability.
GAH, this is frustrating.
---------------------------------------------------------
On the other side of town, Kileas strode through the streets as well. His hands gripped the hilts of his sheathed swords, and a grim look was etched on his face. He had a purpose in mind, but it had been once again put on hold as he looked around, and was tapped on the shoulder. He turned to face the person who did it, and said, "What do you want?"
The man looked at Kileas' equipment. "You look like you're going to war or somethin'."
"For the most part, I am. And I am quite busy at the moment, so if you have nothing more to say, then goodbye." Kileas turned to leave, but the man stepped past him.
"Who are you goin' to be fightin' against, then?"
"An old enemy of mine, to gain vengeance for my brother's death. This enemy killed my brother some time ago, and we have encountered each other multiple times." Kileas was irritated, to say the least, but his voice hid this incredibly well.
"Sounds like this guy's not exactly the nicest you've ever met up with, eh?" The man looked down at Kileas' swords. "Now there's somethin' you don't see every day..."
Kileas' patience wore thin at this point, and he started to move his hands down to his swords once again... Sure, I'm not noted for having a good temper. But it has its benefits, I suppose... hehe... maybe I should make this whole damn planet know and fear me...
--------------------------------------------
Binak floated silently and invisibly over to where Kileas and the man were talking. Kileas was visibly ready to cleave the man in half within the minute, but showed an incredible restraint. The man was oblivious to the imminent danger, and continued talking. Damn it, if he goes and snaps, he'll bring down the wrath of the entire city. And everyone knows that's a horrendous idea, especially me. I thought Kileas was smarter than this...

Looking out the window, Meldron did a double take. His pure black eyes slid back to the strange man standing in the street, his knuckles white on the hilt of his sword. Another man was talking to the first, and the first did not seem happy that the conversation was still conitinuing. Turning back to the man seated at the desk, Meldron reached for his black coat.
[glow=red,2,300]I apologize greatly, but there is more important buisness to attend to, and i must say that you are nto wuite what i heard from the streets, i suggest correcting your errors before smeone gets angery.[/glow]
Making a smirk at the sweating man in the chair, Meldron hurried down the stairs and onto the front porch of the apartment, looking down at the two men, one in conversation in one in a state of obvious inside conflict. Lighting a cigerette, Meldron leaned gianst the railing, waiting and watching so see what would happen next, hoping fopr the best, or plainly put, the worst for everyone but him.

Three... two... one...
SNAP.
Kileas' patience reached its end after listening to the man for about 3 minutes, and his hands gripped his swords, ready to draw them and unleash their power.
"Hey, you alright? You're... lookin' a bit tense, there."
Kileas looked at the man again. "If you do not have anything of worth to say to me, then get out of my way. Otherwise, I may have to resort to..."
The man didn't seem to notice Kileas saying this, however. "Heh, you wouldn't attack anyone in the open like this."
"Do you want to test your theory? I'd be willing to give a demonstration... unless you have information I can use."
"Information, eh? About what?"
"Have you seen a man named Firehawk Sentarl?"
"Hmm... nope, don't recall seein' anyone by that name... Heard of a guy named that over somewhere else, but he hasn't been here."
Kileas swore under his breath. "Hasn't been here... damn it."
-----------------------------------------------------------------
Binak continued to float a short distance away, hearing everything the two were saying. So, he's looking for Firehawk... perhaps I can use this to my advantage... that man will be perfect for this next purpose.
Binak floated over to the man talking to Kileas. Slowly, he began to find his way inside the man's body, but not until he was in halfway was there any noticeable effect. The man's eyes suddenly widened, and he slumped into a sitting position. Soon, Binak had made it fully in, and stood up. "You know, I don't know your name."
Kileas noticed the differences quickly, but decided to follow along for now. "Kileas is my name, what would yours be?"
Binak (as the man may have looked the same but was definitely not himself, given he was now under Binak's control) smiled. "I am Binak Tonorian, and I too seek Firehawk Sentarl."
Kileas was startled to hear this. The man really had changed... Possession. Wait... did he just say his name was... BINAK?
Binak realized at the same time, Kileas...
"What is your full name, Kileas?"
"I am Kileas Kintelas. And I do believe we've met, Binak... now tell me how you died."

Alexander discreetly listened to the two men's conversation unfold over a steaming cup of coffee. With his back turned, he sipped at the dark, scalding drink, enjoying it's uplifting properties to their fullest.
He hides his emotions well
The one with the sword(s) grew annoyed at the nuisance still talking to him and seemed about ready to lop off his head when he offered him one last chance...
"If you do not have anything of worth to say to me, then get out of my way. Otherwise, I may have to resort to..."
Violence of course
"Heh, you wouldn't attack anyone in the open like this."
Dumbass...
And then the entire conversation took an atypical turn. The nuisance changed tone and attitude all in just a moment. The bladesman noticed, obviously, but then what he said last was the strangest of all...
"I am Kileas Kintelas. And I do believe we've met, Binak... now tell me how you died."
What the...
Alexander decided he would listen much more intently now...it could get interesting. He took a sip from the white stoneware mug in his hand and let ut a light sigh as he opened his ears and mind to the coming events...

Binak's eyes widened as he too realized he was talking to a former ally. Unbelievable. Kileas is here on this backwater world? He's obviously got a purpose...
Kileas took his hands off of his swords, and Binak seemed to relax a bit. "You want to know how I was killed? Shouldn't that be obvious? It was Firehawk, of course."
"Of course." Kileas frowned at the name. "Damn, he's becoming more of an annoyance than ever. First he kills my brother, Telan, and now you. I want him dead more than ever now..."
Binak smiled. "I may be able to help with that. He did kill me, after all... Of course, I am of no use without a physical form of my own."
"That tends to be a problem, yes... But with luck, we may be able to restore you. We'd just have to find people strong enough for you to draw power from, and we'll easily succeed afterwards."
"But for now... what do you say about wreaking a little havoc around here, Kileas? You've never been one to focus on just one thing. Why not instill a little fear around this world?" Binak smiled again.
"Hmm... Well, since I'd probably end up trying to take this world anyway, why not start softening them up a bit, eh? Besides, I'm a little rusty, this'll do me some good."
Kileas drew his swords, and looked around. This should be fun.

So they're going to search for Firehawk, huh?
"But for now... what do you say about wreaking a little havoc around here, Kileas? You've never been one to focus on just one thing. Why not instill a little fear around this world," the posessed one mused.
"Hmm... Well, since I'd probably end up trying to take this world anyway, why not start softening them up a bit, eh? Besides, I'm a little rusty, this'll do me some good," Kileas responded.
And at the sound of drawing swords, Alexander sipped the last of his coffee and stood up. He slipped on his trench and turned towards the two men. Kileas was a tall armored warrior with dark hair. The other was a fairly normal-looking guy. Alexander eyed up Kileas, the more dangerous-looking of the two. He figured he would be more of a problem if things went sour but He wasn't ignoring the other one. Something wasn't right about Binak and he certainly wasn't going to take him lightly.
"Put your swords away...for your father's sake."
Alexander swept his trench coat open, moving the two sides behind and out of the way of his holsters. His big irons loomed darkly in their well-oiled holsters, the .50 caliber rounds in their chambers had nobody's name on them...

As the men continued their conversation, and the citizen seemed to change, Meldron had walked over the a chair and sat down straining to hear but catching enough to understand. But what he cared about most was not the fact that these two, fine gentlemen, wanted to wreak havoc and mayhem on this town.
Smiling slightly, the black suited man stood up and walked slowly towards the stairs. Not slowly, but in a hirried manner either, they would notice his presence soon. But what he did not expect, was the man he had not noticed, swing around with two glittering guns on his hip, and various tatooes on his body. Not the sorts of weapons that demons liked to see. The man spoke.
"Put your swords away...for your father's sake."
To Meldron, this made no sense what so ever. Why would they put their swords away for their Fathers sake? Who ever cared for their so called parents if they were about top destroy a whole town? Smiling in a self satidfied way, Meldron studied the strange gunner. This was going to be an interesting fight.

Kileas looked over at Alexander. "And who the hell are you? I'm not about to take any sort of order from a man I've never even seen. Or one I know, really."
Binak stood beside Kileas. "You should probably know that he doesn't have to take any orders in normal situations."
"I lead the Rashathian Army, I answer to no one."
Damn it, I repeat myself a lot.
Kileas turned to Binak, and whispered to him out of earshot. "You should try to find yourself someone to possess, gather power. I'll finish here."
Binak nodded, and the man's body slumped back to the ground as Binak's spirit floated out of him. Binak left the area as quickly as he could float, and left the man out cold...
"Just you and me..." And I'm not about to be brought down by anyone, especially not this guy.

The other man with Kileas suddenly fell to the floor like a rag doll. He was out cold.
So he must have been posessed...this duo could be more dangerous than I thought
Alexander didn't falter. This man by himself was no more of a threat than anyone else...that is, if the spirit had actually left. The black armor Kileas was wearing looked good enough to stop most bladed weapons but not his big irons. He lowered his hands towards his guns and looked gravely into Kileas' eyes.
"Put them away. I won't ask you again."

Kileas smiled slightly. "What would you hope to accomplish? Do you really believe your threats will stop me?" Kileas gave a sharp laugh. "I've faced far more dangerous opponents. And yet here I stand, still breathing."
Kileas continued to smile. "Also, do you honestly believe I need to use these swords to cause trouble? The swords should be the least of your worries. You didn't think I'd come unprepared, did you? I never go anywhere without my other abilities prepared..."
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
Binak floated around, still looking for someone to possess. Gah, this is absolutely maddening. Not a single person in this damn city so far has been strong enough for me. Half of them would drop dead after I got finished settling in.
But even as he thought this, someone else walked by, and Binak would have jumped if he could have. Now that's not a normal person.

Alexander was a blur. He had his right gun at Kileas' temple faster than the blink of an eye. It was the product of an entire life of training and few could match his speed. He thumbed the hammer and stared gravely at Kileas.

Kileas didn't react. "Well, it seems you have the advantage. You're much faster than I expected. Perhaps I will back down. For now." Kileas sheathed his swords and stepped back. He knew when to leave a situation, especially after having faced Firehawk and getting almost destroyed. He had, in fact, actually been killed but somehow was picked up by his ship and revived. Guess I have nothing better to do than go find Binak. If I can.
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Binak turned to face the man who had given him a strange feeling, but what he saw was not a sight he ever wanted to see until he had regained physical form.
Him. Damn it.
Firehawk strode right past Binak with a quick pace that showed he was in one major hurry. Guess he's looking for Kileas, just like Kileas is looking for him. Heh, he's going the right way. Excellent, this'll be fun to watch...
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Firehawk saw the figure of Kileas in the distance. Found him.
"Kileas, what the hell are you doing? Threatening entire cities again? From the look of the guy with the gun, looks like you're unchanged."
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Kileas turned, and smiled. "So, you ARE here. I'm going to enjoy blasting you and everything else off the face of this planet."
Binak floated past Firehawk, who got a sudden shiver. Firehawk shrugged it off, and Binak remained unseen to all but Kileas. "You might want to go after him when there isn't a GUN AT YOUR HEAD."
Kileas realized this was a wise course of action. "You know, perhaps we should take this elsewhere, Sentarl. Outside this city a ways, maybe..."
Firehawk started to form an idea. "How about I make that choice, Kileas. We'll meet in the Arkane Lands, if that's fine with you. And it damn well better be." Firehawk threw a map to Kileas as he said this, showing exactly where to go.
Kileas merely caught the map and said nothing. He no longer wore his smile, and merely looked darkly at Firehawk, who walked away.

Alexander let the revolver rock back on his finger, pointing towards the ceiling unthreateningly. He began to spin it slowly, not entirely leaving Kileas safe from his iron's wrath.
"Wise move, Kileas."
A moment later a thin young man walked into the fray. Kileas turned his head to look at him.
"So, you ARE here. I'm going to enjoy blasting you and everything else off the face of this planet," Kileas said.
Alexander watched as Firehawk threw a map to Kileas, expecting him to meet the thin man.
Why is this one such a big deal anyways? He looks like only a kid
Knowing Kileas the little he now did, he expected him to go and meet him but Alexander had his own ideas...He called after Firehawk's retreating back
"Face me, warrior..."
((Sorry for the half-assed reply earlier...))
