Name: Mequidra. Any other names are unknown.
Gender: None.
Race: Dust. While the Dust are usually a frightening, almost nightmarish race, Mequidra is even more unusual, having been created for an unknown purpose.
Appearance
Age: Unknown, estimated several hundred years at least. Mequidra itself claims to be far older, but the validity of these statements is unclear.
Height: Varies. Its 'standard' form, that of a VERY thin human, is approximately six feet four inches tall.
Mequidra is a silvery-blue color, and has bright blue eyes that seem to glow. It can change shape, color, and form at will, and tends to not hold one shape very long.
Personality- Mequidra is single-mindedly subservient to its master, an entity or group known as the Assembly. It holds the Assembly in highest esteem among all other things. After the Assembly is itself; how much of Mequidra's arrogance is truth and how much is unfounded is up to the interpretation of whomever sees it.
History: Mequidra is a biological weapon created by the Assembly to protect Netherstar - the Dust homeworld - from invasions. As such, Mequidra tends to 'sleep' in a state of near suspended animation except when Netherstar is in danger; this makes its recent dispach to Fyia somewhat confusing, and also makes the orders more urgent to it than they might otherwise appear.
Mequidra visited Fyia once before, under the pretense of invasion. However, its true purpose was to hunt Triunis and Alexander, in which it did not succeed.
The reason for its return to Fyia is threefold: Sirragard, Mahandronis, and Zaskrit - all natives of Isonia - have been determined by the omniscient Assembly to be on Fyia. As the three are all deadly threats to Netherstar, Mequidra has been dispatched with orders to kill on sight - and no orders to spare any who get in the way.
Alignment: Mequidra's self-righteous arrogance coupled with an almost universal disregard for life makes it seem evil to most.
Weapons: Mequidra's only armament is a weapon called the Eversphere. Developed by the Dust exclusively for Mequidra, it is capable of transforming into any weapon at the merest thought of its master. It has unlimited ammunition as any form of firearm, and is powered by an unknown energy source (likely aether, life-force, or the Dust equivilent)
Items: None.
Battle skills: Mequidra's age has given it a chance to practice. As such, it is exceptional with all forms of armed and unarmed combat - making it, in conjunction with the Eversphere, lethal to engage in any fashion. All of its combat flaws listed below.
Flaws:
- Has little technical intelligence, and often has difficulty understanding things most people find easy. Cannot read.
- Magical attacks make him vulnerable to physical hits. Stronger attacks force him to stay in his current shape.
- Mequidra's arrogance makes it difficult for it to forsee any outcome other than its victory; as such, it can often underestimate its foes. This is the leading cause of its failure in battle.
Friends: None.
Enemies: Sirragard, Mahandronis, Zaskrit.
NOTE: This manifestation of Mequidra, while having been to Fyia previously, does not share a history with the old Mequidra. This one, then, is the 'definitive version,' and all history previously spoken of should be changed to match this.
