Banana was angry. His ears still hurt, and this meant his headache, or migraine (he wasn't sure which one) was still pounding in his head louder then the imaginary hammers that pound your head when a teacher tries to lecture you about who knows what.
He was also mad because he started to think about those times when he had no friends. All the little boys and girls yelled names like "yeller feller" at him and hurler banana peels. One time a little girl named Susie had walked up to him, closer then anyone ever before. He had managed a shaky hello, but she only gaped for what seemed like several seconds before bringing out the blackest banana peel ever seen in mankind and throwing it at him.
And all of his practice during those days, all the metal fork throwing at Pepper, second after second, minute after minute, hour after hour, day after day, month after month, year after year, all that practice for nothing; the two men barely flinched when the flying forks hit them. This is what made him the most angry.
Then, to make things even worse, what damage had been done was erased by that girl! Banana strode purposefully across the room to the man with the girl in his arms. "You, sir, are a...a..." One time when he watched a movie Banana had seen that line delivered with great effiecency. The problem was, he forgot the ending of it, and couldn't think of a word to end it with! Finally, he recalled several words to use.
"You, sir, are a dumbcoff. And a good for nothing backstabber." Somehow he managed to keep a straight face during this insult, although inside he was laughing heartily.

When he saw Dysis’s eyes begin to water, Rayan’s expression became a mixture of alarm and confusion. Then it struck him what she was crying over. He looked down at his arm, which was still bleeding profusely, and the hand attached to the same arm that had been mauled by the sheep.
She’s crying because I’m hurt… he thought. Rayan hadn’t even remembered his injuries or even noticed the pain due to his all-consuming concern for her safety. When she touched his arm, he shivered, partly because he found her touch so soothing, but more so because the weepy look on her face was tearing him apart. Suddenly, her hand began to glow a deep blue, nearly matching the color of Rayan’s hair. He watched with melancholy fascination as Dysis removed her hand to reveal that the gouge in his arm was healed. She then gently clasped his hand, holding it closely to her, causing Rayan to wince slightly; although Dysis’s hand was soft, his felt rough and cut, destroying the soft texture his hand usually possessed. When Dysis released his hand, he marveled at how flawlessly she had cured it.
But Rayan’s intrigue with her abilities soon faded, as she interrupted him by clinging to him with her arms about his waist. His face fell as she wept into his chest. Rayan nearly felt sick. He cursed himself silently for causing someone he cared so deeply for so much pain, even if it was caused by her concern for his well-being. Rayan put his arms around her in return and gently stroked her light indigo hair. She encased him with her wings, which made him feel slightly claustrophobic because they encased him completely; though they were transparent, they still possessed some solidity, causing vision to blur.
“I’m… sorry, Dysis…” Rayan said, nearly choking as he forced out the words. “I promise you, I’ll try my best not to get hurt anymore. Can’t say it won’t happen, but I’ll avoid it when I can. Now please, don’t cry…”
Before he could finish comforting Dysis, Rayan heard someone address him from outside of Dysis’s cloaking wings. His voice struck him as extremely familiar, but he was uncertain as to who it was because his figure was blurry looking through the wings, and the man seemed to be wearing some kind of hat that covered most of his face. Rayan thought about who it was for a moment before he was interrupted by another voice.
"You, sir, are a dumbcoff. And a good for nothing backstabber."
Rayan couldn’t see the man’s serious expression, nor could he detect his secret joking attitude. But he could detect at a moment who it was addressing him. “I’m not sure what a dumbcoff it, but if anyone’s a good for nothing backstabber, it’d be you. Seeing as you were the one who threw that fork at me,” he replied coolly. After a moment, Rayan added, “You are joking around, right, Banana?” Then addressing the other man, Rayan said, “I’m sure I know you, but my memory’s terrible. I’d probably figure it out if I could see…”
(in case you couldn’t tell Rachel and I were rping this as if it was after the Grand Tour thread. So Banana and Rayan have already met.)

((....^.^ ?))
Mewie titled her head to the right, not really understanding why this man would call the blue haired man,who seemed to introduce himself as Rayan, a dumbcoff and a back stabber. She found these humans very odd creatures, who seemed to throw forks, and say insults to each other. More complex when Rayan spoke saying how he could be the back stabber if the one who had insulted him was the backstabber since he threw the fork at him.
And all she wanted was have a nice meal, wait, how would that make sense? she froze, she was a robot, robots don't eat,I guess her programming to be as most human as possible had made her think she needed a meal.
She might as well leave, but she did want to see what came out of this, like Momo acted,it was like a soap opera. "Why...do you fight? He just said words, that seemed to not make sense to you...and why do you lagh,if you try to be mean?"

"Okay..."
Dysis brushed her tears away, but she couldn't wipe away all the evidence of her crying. Her sapphire eyes were still flooded with tears that never fell, her lips quivered, and her body continued to shake.
Sniffling, Dysis released her hold on Rayan when two other people came up to them. Her wings folded behind her back once more as she turned around to see who had come. She knew one of them was Banana, but she wasn't familar with the other guy. Not one to forget her manners, she dipped gracefully down into a curtsey, bowing her head just a little.
"I-I am Dysis of Avari, p-pleased to meet yo-u."
When Dysis resurfaced from her curtsey, she immediatly went back to Rayan. She was worried that he might have other injuries that weren't as obvious. She wanted to heal him completely... Dysis began to run one hand over his other arm, just barely touching his skin with her feathery touch. Finding nothing wrong, Dysis floated behind him and ran both hands lightly over his back.
Floating back around, Dysis stood by Rayan's side smiling. Nothing was wrong with him! She didn't bother to check his legs because he was able to perfectly carry out his stunt in order to rescue her. She felt so special to have a friend such as Rayan!

Gai smiled slightly when he heard Rayans comment. "So you're telling me that one of the few people that I ever trusted doesn't even remember who I am. That's kind of harsh." he said as he stood up and removed his straw samurai hat from he head and smiled at Raya.
"It's me...Gai Himora. Been awhile since I left for my self purpose journey." he said in his low hapy voice. It was the first time he had seen a face that he knew wouldn't turn on him. He and Shimmer were all Gai had left.
Gai then turned to the girl that he had first addressed and smiled at her. "The same goes for me." he said as he watched her return her gaze back to Rayan. "You're a real ladies man now." he said with a smile.

What did this man Gai Himora mean, he's a real ladies man now. I mean he obviously has a woman...I guess he didn't used to be a ladies man? Odd how when it depends on how long you know someone, the more you find out about them.
Banana chuckled, "Yes, I am joking," he raised his eyebrows at Dysis..."Some healing skills you have there." And again at Rayan, "I am glad I have not hurt you, my friend; although, it seems, the young Dysis would have healed your wound. I'm afraid I did not recognize you from behind. Luckily, my flying fork did not happen to impale one of your eyeballs, or worse yet, your tongue."
For while traveling on the shore of the Nile River, meeting tribes and observing how they lived life, Banana had seen a strange tribe, with equally strange customs. These customs included the peircing of one's tongue with a cow's bone, jutting out of the bottom of the person's jaw. Why anyone would put themselves through such pain still puzzled him, but also intrigued him. That is why he traveled so, to see things that were curious to him, to see how different races and cultures worked, and why they worked how they did.
He glanced at this old friend of Rayan's, breaking out of his spacing out habit. The man had an air around him that Banana appreciated, and respected. One who has fought much, who has seen much sorrow also. And for what? That will have to wait...
Banana extended a hand to the swordsman. "I am Banana...I have just recently met Rayan and his woman...Nice to meet you." Glancing around him he heard, then saw a young lady with a strange creature perched on her shoulder. He met her eyes and nodded, indicating that his introduction was meant for her as well. There was nothing Banana loved more then the sight of a beautiful woman. Then, he answered her shaky question.
"We joke around, dear lady. I cannot speak for the others hear, but my actions were in mere jest. 'For if you cannot joke among friends, who can you joke among?'" Banana quoted one of his favorite lines, almost a motto to him. "What is your name, lovely lady? And what is that strange creature perched on your shoulder?"

act innocent... Mewie thought before she blushed and pointed to herself, she had just been watching as the others introduced themselves, feeling a little left out, which was a new feeling . When the man,who seemed to be called Banana, she could barley hide the small grin spread across her face, it was a cute name.
When he pointed to Momo, who was again, huffed and cross her arms, not liking being called "creature." Mewie just giggled, petting her on the head. "This is Momo!!Momo is assistant to Mewie!! Ohh.." She bowed deeply, she wanted to be polite,Momo barley had time to grab onto the last strands of Mewies long silver hair, then to climb back onto her shoulder as Mewie straightened.
"Mewie is Mewie!!" She smiled softly, thinking over his motto. "Mewie likes your motto!!" She smiled again,as a very cute look came over her face, she was happy that someone introduced herself. While Momo just glared at Banana

Rayan paused when he heard his old friend speak. He slapped his forehead as if he had just made the worst mistake of his life. “My gosh! That’s you, Gai? I can’t believe I didn’t recognize you!” Rayan wanted to bound forward and give his friend a friendly handshake, tackle, or some other form of friendly greeting, but for some reason he decided instead to merely take another good look at Gai. He noticed the many scars, thin and deep both, that marred his face. Rayan thought he could detect a greater maturity in his friend since they had last seen each other; Gai hadn’t struck up any jokes yet, save for one.
“Guess I just didn’t notice you as easily because you’ve changed so much, and not just the way you act, but the way you look. Nice hat,” Rayan commented, pointing at it. Upon Gai’s mentioning Dysis, he reddened slightly, then brushed the hair on the back of his head in a slightly embarrassed manner. “Heh… Dysis and I just met. I’m not sure how to describe our… ahem, relationship… except that I feel very put on the spot right now.” Rayan grinned sheepishly, as he often found himself doing around Dysis. “…I’m not so sure about calling me a ladies man,” Rayan tried to explain, crippled by hesitancy. “Dysis and I aren’t… we’re not… what I mean to say is, I can’t speak her mind for you.”
Rayan coughed uncomfortably. He wished that he could be around Dysis without his friends teasing him about it, especially since he was undecided upon the matter himself. But that was partly what made them his friends; they had earned his trust, and with it, the right to belittle him in the name of entertainment. Rayan shrugged off his awkward feeling and struck a smile. “Eh, whatever. I’ve missed you, buddy,” he said in his first real greeting to Gai. He would have continued conversing with him unobstructed had there not been others present. Rayan wanted to leave them, not because he disliked them, but because he wanted to catch up with his friend’s life, alone.
He didn’t want to be rude, however, and so he stayed where he was, with his arm around Dysis. She gave him a strange tingling feeling when she felt him all over. Rayan couldn’t help but adore her childish antics; she was like a breath of clean spring breeze, fresh, sweet, and extremely refreshing. Rayan was so enamored by his reunion with his old friend and the extremely comfy winged girl on his arm that he hardly heard Banana’s joke about stabbing him in the eye or tongue. He did, however, notice when his friend began conversing with Mewie. Rayan’s eyebrow shot up in speculation. While he was not completely certain, it seemed fairly apparent that Banana was trying to hit on her.
I wonder if I should tell him that she’s a robot… Rayan pondered, then after a moment, thought, Nahhhh...

Gai smiled slightly at Rayans mention on how different he looked. It was true; what Rayan had said. He was taller and alot more built then he used to be. His hair was also longer then it used to be and pulled back into a ponytail in the traditional samurai format.
"So....you don't think of yourself as a lady's man? That's cool. I don't belittle such humbleness anymore. As you can see, the past year has changed me in many ways." he said as his green eyes changed from a soft happy glow to a painful look.
"I have seen much pain a suffering in the past year my friend. I have done things that my Father in Heaven will look down upon...but I know he shall forgive me...but I still can never enter his Holy presence. For the curse from the war that I found out about can't be lifted...atleast...not that O know of." he said in a sad voice.
"I have killed many...and seen many killed in front of me. These scars you see are few compared to those on my body. and everyone of them reminds me of the great burden that I carry. But having such a great friend like you helps me forget about such things alittle easier." he said with a bright smile.

((Hit on me..::looks down: my..heh!! Boy be gone spray!! :;sprays::whoosh!!)) Mewie looked from Banana's face to Gai's ,this was the first time noticing his scars, she made her vision close in on them, seeing which ones were the most fresh, how large, and to see if she estimate how deep the wounds were. When he spoke of killing, she felt a bit more comfortable,at least she was not the only one that has killed many,he must be a solider ,for it sounds like he fought in a war. But what struck Mewie was that it sounded like he was guilty. Though she never have felt this feeling, since she was a robot, this was obvious for the metal ears,in the shape of a bit of a oval shape, the under part pink, the other white. She then reached out a hand to wards Gai. "Mewie is pleased to meet you..but..why do you sound guilty of what you've done? And what curse?" She titled her head to the right, her hand still outstretched,as her long silver hair just pooled on the ground around her.

Gai back away from Mewie. "Excuse me for being a little anti-social." he said with a slight bow. "But I am not very trusting of people lately. Not after everything I have seen. And the questions that you ask...the answers to them are very long and painful. But in short...there was a war a year ago. I fought along side with Rayan...but something happened. A man told me of a curse that had been placed on my family years before I was ever born. It was a curse on me...and only me. But I don't understand. I am to never to enter Heave because of it." he said sadly. "And I search for a cure for it. But I fear that there isn't one." he told her.
"As as for the other question. I feel guilty because I have killed many innocent people because they tryed to protect themselves because they had heard of my fearsome reputation....but even if one of them attacked me.....I would kill them all. And then burn everything in their village. But I never really had control of my actions. It was the demonic spirit inside of me that had been dormant up until the war when it was awoken from it's deep sleep." he said in his low voice.
He touched touched a long scar that ran from the top of his left eyebrow, across his eye and down his cheek. "And I regret every moment of my journey. I have broken my code as a samurai to protect those weaker then me. I just wish I could go back..."

Mewie took back her hand,a small smirk spreading itself across her face. "O my..how dreadful." Though her voice didn't sound as if she cared for the lives,or pity,or angery, just, dead.
She then stretched, her short white dress lifting up slightly, then setting down. She wondered if anything else big would happen.

When Rayan put his arm around her shoulder, Dysis reached up and held his hand. Holding his hand symbolized her promise to him about trying to stay out of trouble, although she constantly broke that promise without knowing it. Oblivious to what a dangerous situation was because of her protected lifestyle on Avari, she constantly entered one, and Rayan had been there to save her every single time.
While thinking about the promise, Dysis found herself unconsciously leaning her body into the comfort of Rayan. It was almost the same magnetic pull that she felt during their waltz together. She immediately felt encased in his warmth, safety, and comfort. Although she didn't understand why Rayan was suddenly nervous when talking about the two of them, she gave his hand a little squeeze to try to soothe him.
Turning her eyes to Gai, she felt sorrow sweep through her soul as she listened to his story. Releasing Rayan's hand, Dysis slipped out from under his arm and went to Gai. Without a warning, she gave him a hug, whether it was for comfort or to pull him back from his memories, Dysis's didn't care. She just wanted Gai to know that hope was never lost.
"You have not broken your code. You still honor the souls that you have killed with your concern. They have all been sent to Heaven, yes? If so...then you have blessed their souls... Even if you cannot go back, perhaps you can start anew? Save as many lives as you have taken..."
Her voice was small, and she didn't understand the concept of murder. Dysis did however know what killing was for she had often witnessed predators killing their prey for food. Although many feared the predators, Dysis admired them for their other qualities. They were continuing the circle of life, following their nature, and it was wrong to dislike them for being themselves. Giving Gai a warm smile, she returned to Rayan, slipping her hand through his and placed his arm around her shoulders once more. Dysis couldn't help but move around a bit, trying to find the most comfortable position. She ended up pressing her side against his and nestling her head into the nook of his shoulder, which she decided was her favorite spot. It was so comfortable that Dysis began to feel a little drowsy.
Comfy...
Rayan was unlike any guy she'd ever met. Being around him reminded her of the times she would watch the sky smile down on her. When she was sad after witnessing any sort of pain, she fled to her secret spot and lay down to watch the sky. No matter what happened, the sky was always there to comfort her. The sun's rays would warm her soul, or the night's stars would wink at her. The sky never asked anything of her. It was exactly like this with Rayan because he seemed to always be there, except his effect on her was much stronger the sky could ever manage.
Every other guy Dysis had met were always nice, just like Rayan. And although she trusted and loved each and every single person, the guys seemed to want something from her. She never understood what it was. Dysis remembered how one guy had forced his lips upon hers, but it had been so painful and upsetting that she had cried. She didn't understand what was going on because she thought it was some sort of punishment. Perhaps she had done something wrong, but she never was able to figure out what it was because after that incident, the young man was never to be seen again.

Gai flinched slightly as he was hugged but he knew that she meant no harm. "I know what you're saying...but it is next to impossible. there are so few people that I would be able to save from myself. Only the people that I love deeply. Otherwise, my demonic spirit will do what it wishes if set free." he said sadly as he stepped back.
"But it is true that I honor the souls of those I've slain. I wish that they had been able to live their lives even farther...but sadly that was not how it was meant to be." he said as he bowed his head respectfully for those he had killed.

((OO god..My posts are like ants to your giant ones XD))
Mewie just raised an eyebrow, this girl could just hug anybody, and say just comforting things. She thought that only people could act like that, like she did. But this girls friendliness seemed to be natural.
Though she sensed that there was a bit of a connection between Rayan and Dysis, she had never really understood those type of emotions humans had for each other.
What made her think was when Gai said he honored the souls of the people he had killed, did she?No..she wasn't programmed too,it was impossible to go against her programming,it was what made her work.
Well, thats what she thought. But she just stood there, quiet once more, just like a stranger watching from the outside.
